Department of Education (DepEd) announced the suspension of classes in NCR this afternoon, September 26, 2011 due to bad weather brought by Tropical Storm Pedring. Based on their latest tweet, @DEpEd_PH  that they are suspending afternoon classes in NCR because @dost_pagasa predicts 15mm of rainfall this afternoon. Note :  Areas under Signal Number 1 -  automatic suspension of classes at Kindergarten.          Areas under Signal Number 2 -  automatic suspension of classes from Kinder to High School. The change of their strategy worked and it took 9 consecutive points from Philippines to tied the game to 40-40. In the end of 1st half Philippines leads Chinese Taipei 45-42. During second half, superb defense kept the Philippines away from persistent Chinese Taipei.
